Please be aware that we only provide exchanges for defective products or errors in your order. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 10 business days) so we can resolve the issue. We appreciate your understanding and strive to provide you with the best possible service.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at godisgreaterthanapparel@gmail.com.
Late or missing exchanges
- The exchange process may take some time. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@gigtapparel.com.
Shipping
- Please send the product back to the address provided by support via email.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable!
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
